RETURN/EXCHANGE POLICY
We accept returns to exchange goods within 14 days from receipt of the goods by the customer.
The procedure requires filling in a special form. To obtain it, please contact our customer service via e-mail: contact@manosjewelry.com
Warranties are only honored with warranty cards.
Exchanges/Refunds are only accepted with original packaging (so do not throw it out).
*Shipping paid on Returned Items is non-refundable.*
*Manos will reimburse or pay for return shipping only in the event that we have erred. For example: if Manos were to send you the incorrect piece of jewelry.
